my first Lobster



Woow..!! I really love my time when I could spend the weekend for barbecue while grilling some live fish and any other sea creatures. having some crabs, gong-gong (hehe I don't know what is the real name of this animals but its sound like that), prawn, fried or grilled squid, even some slippers and lobsters..!!

For instant, normally I just fried them with a traditional green chili which made in traditional way mixed with sour sauce. This living animals was catched directly from the sea and you can imagine the nutrient inside each of them and how delicious are them even if we just cooked them in a simplest way we could do. Actually I'm not a good chief, but I always had a good taste for food though..

Personally I do prefer to have slipper lobster than any normal lobster, but from the appearances this spiny lobster is more appealing and can rise up your desire to eat. Of course you can find more meat on spiny lobster, thats why sometime the satisfaction factor could differ for people.


I didn't expect that my lobster is now getting more and more. At the beginning I just keep some fresh catched creatures for my own stock, but seems it would be more than enough for my consumption :)
